What are the ticket prices?
November 2nd – November 6th you will be able to buy Christmas Town Tickets at their cheapest prices of the year. 15 days are priced at $15, 7 days are priced at $20 and 8 days are priced at $25. Remember if you buy tickets at the park they will be $49 so this is a significant savings.
You can look at the chart above to see what the online prices for those days will be beginning November 7th and the prices will continue to move up as more tickets are sold for each day.
Will there be Twinkle Tickets this year?
Nope. This is to replace that promotion.
Are there any other fees?
As always there is a $7.50 fee per TRANSACTION- not per ticket. Try to buy as many at once as you can. There is a limit of 10 tickets per transaction.
Is it possible the ticket price will go down after I buy?
Nope. Ticket prices will only go up.
What if I don’t know when we will go to the park?
The most frugal way to go is to plan ahead. But if you cannot commit to a date at all you should just grab a Christmas Town Fun Card. It’s the same price as a single-day ticket and let’s you go to the park any time you want- even multiple visits if you like.
Will I only be able to purchase discounted Single-Day tickets online?
Yes. You will not be able to get any discounted tickets at the park.
What happens if I’m not able to visit the park for the date that I purchased?
If you are not able to visit the park on the date that the ticket was purchased for, contact customer service. Although Christmas Town tickets are non-refundable, you may be able to change your ticket to another day, subject to availability. You may be charged an upgrade fee.
You only have to commit to a date if you are looking for a discounted ticket. Full-priced tickets are available at the park on the day you visit, or you may purchase a Fun Card for the same price and visit as many times as you wish during Christmas Town. The discount on advance-purchase tickets will vary, depending on the day you select and how far in advance you buy. We are able to offer greater savings on days that have more availability, and will adjust the price accordingly as the supply of tickets for that day is sold.
What if the park closes early or is at capacity on the day we plan to go?
In the unlikely event the park does not open on a scheduled day, dated tickets for that day will automatically be extended for a visit within six calendar days.
In rare instances, we sometimes must close the park earlier than scheduled due to inclement weather. If the park closes early on the day your ticket is valid, you should stop by Guest Services. A new dated ticket will be issued that will be valid for a return visit within six calendar days.
Last year because of the new way tickets were sold the park never reached capacity. If the park approaches capacity on the day your ticket is valid, you will still have access to the park. You will just show your dated ticket to the team member at the toll plaza to be directed to the parking lots. Guests who do not have a dated ticket will be invited to return at a later time.
