White Chocolate Orange Dream Cookies
These White Chocolate Orange Dream Cookies will melt in your mouth. The combination of orange and white chocolate is incredible!

Ingredients:
2 1/2 C flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1C unsalted sweet cream butter, room temperature
1/2 C granulated sugar
1/2 C light brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp fresh squeezed orange juice
2 tbsp orange zest
2 C white chocolate chips plus 1/2 C of white chocolate chips to melt later
1 disposable piping bag
1 cookie sheet fitted with parchment paper (or you can grab these AmazonBasics Silicone Baking Mats that my readers are raving about)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Using a standing mixer, cream together the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in the egg, vanilla, orange juice and orange zest and mix until combined.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients into the wet
Once the dough has formed and everything has been mixed, mix in the 2 cup of white chocolate chips.
Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop some batter onto the cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown
Let cool for a few minutes
Place cookies onto another cookie sheet or wire rack and finish baking the rest of the dough
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips
Scoop melted chocolate into the piping bag
Cut the tip off the piping bag and drizzle the chocolate over the cookies
Let chocolate completely harden before enjoying!
