Locals: Two Great Living Social Deals

If you live in Hampton Roads (or are planning on visiting) we have two great Living Social deals available right now!

Deal #1: The Kona Ice Truck- If you live within 25-mile radius of zip code 23320 (excluding zip codes 23456 and 23451) you may have seen the Kona Ice Truck riding around.  I can tell you from first hand experience it is YUMMY.  And they give you the ice and YOU get to pick your own flavor and make it yourself.

– Option #1: Pay $6 and get a punch card for $12 worth of a combination of ices with flavors from blue raspberry and cherry colada to creamsicle and more.

– Option #2: Shovel out $49 and the Kona Entertainment Vehicle will pull up to the ball field, school, daycare, or your front yard. Up to 25 guests will receive a small Kona ice plus their choice of Kona-Ice wristbands, silly bands, leis, or activity books (a $99 value).  This would be so fun after a soccer game or something like that!

Deal #2: Colonial Williamsburg Admission- Pay $11 for an adult admission ticket (regularly $23) or $5 for a child’s ticket (regularly $12). Step into the 18th century and immerse yourself in the world’s largest living history museum. In this 301-acre area stand hundreds of restored and furnished buildings, where costumed guides tell the stories of the men and women of the time — black, white, Native American, slave, indentured, and free.  These must be used by March 15, 2012.

Water For Elephants- Amazon Rental for $.99

I have wanted to see this movie for a while but it isn’t available for streaming on Netflix.  I am glad I found a good deal!

Right now you can rent Water for Elephants on Amazon Video on Demand for $.99.

Once you get it you have 30 days to view it.  Once you begin it, you have 24 hours to finish up.

I think I will use some of my Swagbucks credit and put it on hold to watch one night when it’s yucky outside!

Thanks Dealicious Finds!
