    Let’s use the Johnsonville Brats as an example. If they are on sale for $2 at Food Lion and you buy 2 of them you will pay $4 at check out. Then if you have a $1 coupon it will knock your total down to $3. You will pay the $3. In a few days you will see $1 in your SavingsStar account because you activated the Johnsonville Brat coupon. The store has no idea that anything having to do with SavingStar took place during that transaction.

    I have a question on the star savings, by activating the coupon online do u still use the coupons in hand. Will you be using both or just one. The coupon savings turn into cash amount so it minus from total! I got confused?
