With all the social distancing and short supply of items in stores Amazon is choosing to prioritize certain shipments. With this in mind, they are temporarily prioritizing household staples, medical supplies and other high-demand products coming into their fulfillment centers so that they can more quickly receive, restock, and ship these products to customers.
This is in effect today through April 5, 2020. When I went online I didn’t see anything different but I am assuming it will become more obvious.
