Target Announces Free Holiday Shipping Information and Early Access Deals

I guess since Best Buy announced their holiday shipping policy this week it was time for Target to step up!
From Nov 1st to Dec. 21st Target will be offering free shipping on “hundreds of thousands of items, with no minimum purchase or membership required.” As well as same-day on-site pickup.
Target also recently launched its new loyalty program, Target Circle, and the free program will be offering special holiday perks for those who enroll. There will be daily deals for the kids from Nov. 1 though Nov. 27, and members will get first dibs on some Black Friday sales items. There will also be bargains offered on clothing, TVs and other popular holiday gifts.
