They are correct that the E-Vic do not double. As far as the other item you need to call/e-mail Harris Teeter corporate and let them know which store would not let you do it. They have asked us to do so.

I was told when I tried to use both an Evic coupon and a printed coupon I couldn’t have both, and since the Evic coupon had already posted, that was that. And they don’t double E-vic coupons either…
