Food Allergies and Amazon- Gluten Free Foods

It seems more and more I keep meeting people who are allergic to certain foods. I always wondered how they survived- nothing in the grocery stores seemed to be safe for them!

I was surprised to find that one of the best places to buy allergy friendly foods was Amazon. They have a huge selection at great prices. Click here to see their Amazon Gluten Free Store.

In addition they also have special sections for Vegans and Organic.

But you can’t use coupons on Amazon! So here are some ways to help keep the cost down:

1- Get 15% off and FREE shipping with Amazon’s Subscribe and Save, and keep an eye out for sales on certain name brands (I’ve seen sales for Annie’s or Bob’s Red Mill occasionally). For each Subscribe & Save product, you’re signing up for a “subscription,” for future shipments, but you can go back into your Amazon account and cancel anytime. So right after you place your order, you can go and cancel your subscription. That 15% off may make the food cheaper than at your local grocery store.

2. Use your SwagBucks for Amazon gift cards. For every 450 Swagbucks you accumulate, you can get a $5 Amazon e-gift card. Use those to help with the cost of the food!

3. Stockpile your food. Many of these purchases are for large quanities of these items. Go ahead and stock up! That way you have everything in your house already and need less trips to the store!

Thanks so much to those around me who mentioned these great deals enough to convince me to do a post!

*** In the spirit of full disclosure, I do have an advertising arrangement with Amazon, so if you purchase any Amazon products through the links on this site I get a very small percentage. Thanks for helping support!***
