I have started watching Dr. Oz again. Most of the time I just find it interesting but today’s show was something I really wanted to check out.
They rated vitamins- which brands are well made and will do what they are supposed to. Because there are constantly coupons for vitamins in the paper I have always wondered if those brands are good or should I be buying some that are more expensive.
Today on the show he had someone from ConsumerLab.com- a website that shows results from different labs about the contents of vitamins on the market. They aren’t saying which vitamins are good for what, they just check to see if vitamins have fillers, if drinks have WAY more water than they say they do etc.
If you have always wondered about your vitamins ConsumerLab.com has opened up certain portions of their site to the public for 48 hours so you can check the vitamins you use and see what is in them!
Just go through this link and take a look around yourself! This access will end Saturday at 4 p.m. EST!

Due to extreme traffic to the website from this special offer, the 24 hour pass was extended to 48 hours to accomodate anyone having difficulty accessing the free reports.
