I am HORRIBLE about this week’s de-stressing tip. It is one of my WORST habits.
Your assignment this week for de-stressing yourself is “When You Eat, Just Eat.” This week when you’re eating don’t do anything else. Sit down without the television, with your computer or without your phone. Take the time to enjoy your food.
There are so many good reasons to do this. You will only eat until you are no longer hungry. I am sure it aids digestion. And it might give you a chance and some peace and quiet during an otherwise hectic time!
