De-Stress Yourself Week #4: Go To Bed Early

Welcome to my 2012 Series “De-Stress Yourself“!  If you have missed the first three weeks check them out!

This week’s de-stressing assignment is pretty easy- go to bed early one night this week.

I don’t have to be a doctor to know that getting a full nights sleep improves my entire perspective the next day.  When life gets busy sleep seems to be the first thing we compromise on but it’s so important!

I understand that this one may take some planning so that’s why I have given you six days to try to accomplish this.  If you need to let your children or spouse know you need their help!

Step up to the challenge and get a full nights sleep!
