Yep, triple coupons at Harris Teeter start today at 7 a.m.! Any coupon up to $.99 will be tripled up to the value of the item. You can use 20 coupons a day (and they can track that through your VIP card). I would suggest getting there early, as stuff tends to get picked over quickly!
Below I have put some scenarios from some of the best blogs around. As others load their deals, I will add them to this post. Happy Hunting!
Flint River Ranch provides oven baked premium health food for pets. Chose a free sample of Flint River Ranch Dog Food or Flint River Ranch Cat Food. Add a free sample to your cart and leave the credit card fields blank in the shopping cart form.

At a baby shower on Saturday the grandma- to- be (who is a very young, cool grandma) asked me to pass along discounts for Seniors. So I will begin with grocery stores!
Farm Fresh (local store) 5% discount on Tuesdays and Thursdays over 55
Harris Teeter 5% discount on Thursdays over 60
Food Lion, Bloom, Bottom Dollar Food offer no Senior Discounts
Kroger does have discounts but they vary greatly by state. I would suggest calling your local store and asking!
As always I would suggest calling and confirming before you visit the store, in case the people I talked to today gave me the wrong information!
