Healthy Eating Alternative: Coconut Oil (On Sale $6.29 each)

I have some really amazing blogger friends who SWEAR by Coconut Oil.  I have to be honest… I always thought they were sort of crazy.  Until I started doing some research and asking some big questions.

Most of them use coconut oil instead of butter when they bake, use it to stir fry things as well as a moisturizer for their skin.

So instead of me trying to tell you everything I learned I am going to give you a few other bloggers who have a much better grasp of this than I do:

The Many Benefits of Coconut Oil by Wellness Mama

Coconut Oil: It’s Health Benefits and Why It’s in My Diet

The Truth About Coconut Oil by Faithful Provisions

So you can see why I am so interested in trying this product.  My mother LOVES it on popcorn and people on-line are raving about the effect it has on their hair and skin.

While there are some stores you can purchase Coconut Oil, Amazon has a large selection and a good deal right now.

Right now you can get 2 15 oz tubs of Nutiva Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil for $6.29 each when you choose Subscribe and Save.  If you use Subscribe and Save you also get FREE shipping.  Then once you receive it you can just go into “my account” and stop the next delivery.

This item has 296 pieces of feedback and a 5 star rating.  I don’t think I have EVER seen that before on Amazon.

So click here to check it out, read the reviews and decide for yourself!
