$25 off of $75 at Folica.com

Normally I don’t spend $75 on websites like Folica.com- especially with an abundance of deals on beauty products at the drug stores.

However as a girl with curly hair when I purchased a flat iron I didn’t go cheap.  A good flat iron with a head of curly hair is a necessity- the cheap ones just make my hair frizz horribly.

So if you are like me and dropping $90 on a flat iron about gave you a heart attack folica.com has a coupon code for you today!

Just head to Folica.com and use the code: LOVE25 at checkout to get $25 off a $75 purchase!  This code expires 2/24/12.

Oh and did I mention FREE shipping?

They also have some really great blowdryers, curling irons and other tools!

Thanks Moms Need To Know!

Amazon: HOT Stove Top Stuffing Deal

I have to admit- this is one of my favorite easy foods to make.

Right now on Amazon you can get a pretty good deal on Stove Top Stuffing.

By choosing the “Subscribe and Save” option on the right hand side it makes the price $9 for 12 boxes- that is $.75 each!

Depending on where you shop and how often you use coupons you might want it around that price in the store but if you eat it alot it would be nice to have 12 boxes dropped on your front door step!

Once your order ships you can cancel the “Subscribe & Save” option with no problem.  As always this is Amazon- they can change the price any time they like.

Thanks Cincinnati Cents!

The Cake Mix Doctor Returns!: With 160 All-New Recipes $1.64

If anyone would like a tester for these recipes I volunteer!

Right now on Amazon you can download The Cake Mix Doctor Returns!: With 160 All-New Recipes for $1.64 to your Kindle, PC or Smart Phone.

This volume isn’t about artisanal baking nor does it pretend to be. And that won’t bother the legions of devoted Cake Mix Doctor fans. Byrn’s sixth book goes back to what made her famous: a whole lot of recipes for comforting cakes (plus some cookies and brownies) made easy thanks to the use of purchased cake mix and other supermarket ingredients. Readers are welcomed with thumbnail color photographs of all cakes in the book, with page numbers to enable quick flipping when a confection catches the eye. A hint-filled introduction, written in Byrn’s friendly, collaborational prose, offers confidence even to kitchen neophytes. And then there are the recipes, 160 of them, many contributed by fans. They include lemonade chiffon layer cake with raspberry filling, made with yellow cake mix, frozen lemonade concentrate and raspberry pie filling; double coconut macadamia cake, featuring yellow or butter cake mix and vanilla instant pudding mix; chocolate-covered cherry cake, utilizing chocolate cake mix with pudding and cherry pie filling; and plenty more appealingly straightforward sweet treats. For those who want to have their mostly homemade cake and eat it, too, this book will become a go-to guide.

As always this is Amazon- the price could change at any moment!
