Black Friday 2011 Pricing Prediction

Yes, I brought up Black Friday.  I said it.

Some of you have probably been looking at some of the prices I have been posting for items and thinking “Is this really a good deal?  Will there be a better price?”

The people who know such things put out their Black Friday price predictions around this time every year.  If you are looking for a specific item here is a sampling of what they are expecting:

Televisions
- 42-inch LCD HDTV for $300
- 47-inch LCD HDTV for $399
- 55-inch LCD HDTV for $529
- LED 32-inch 1080p LCD HDTV $199
- LED 37-inch 1080p LCD HDTV $499
- LED 3D 47-inch 1080p LCD HDTV $899
- LED 3D 55-inch 1080p LCD HDTV for $999.99

Laptops/Mini-Notebooks
- Mini Notebooks, 8.9-inch to 10.1 display, 1GB RAM, Wi-Fi from $99.00
- Intel Core i3, 14.1-inch Display, 4GB RAM, 320GB, BluRay, Wi-Fi for $399.00
- Intel Core i3, 15.4-in WXGA, 4GB RAM, 500GB, DVD Burner for $299.99
- Intel Core2 Duo, 14.1-inch Display, 4GBRAM, 320GB, DVD Burner for $299.99
- Core i7, 8GB RAM, 750GB, 15.6-inch, Blu-ray, 1GB Video card for $699.99

Ipod Touch $129.99 (there are going to be some gift cards and such going along with these)

Gaming Systems
- Nintendo Wii for $99.99
- Sony PlayStation 3 for $199
- Microsoft Xbox 360 for $199.99

This is just a sampling but it might give you an idea of what to budget for certain items!  There will be more to come!

Hey Mary! I am sure this deal has expired by now. I put this post up a while ago and the deals don’t always last that long. I try to mark them expired but they don’t always let me know when it happens!

If you want to shop before Black Friday I would just keep checking my holiday deals link! Cause 99% of those Black Friday prices won’t be good until Black Friday!

Hey count me in too sara. I need to know when, where (what state/location/website), times, place(stores advertising these fantastic deals). I want to get my Christmas shopping over with no later than mid November. I have no intention of getting caught up in the holiday rush. I want my Christmas shopping done by mid October – Mid November this year.
