A Frugal Chick

I am not strictly a minimalist, but the older I get the less I like “stuff.” It fills up my condo, collects dust and then finally at some point I want to get rid of it.

Think about the stuff in your house that you don’t use anymore. Clothes that don’t fit, shoes that are out of style, DVDs you haven’t watched in forever. Can I tell you a secret?

People will give you money for your stuff. Somewhere someone is dying to own your black leather Members Only jacket. Or your Frankie Says Relax t-shirt.

Check out this post over at Man vs Debt. The author paid off her student loan with the stuff in her house. She gives some great advice on how to get started. Maybe just start with one or two things and see how quickly you can make a profit!
