Today ends week #5 of the CrossFit Chesapeake Challenge. I grabbed some pictures of CrossFit Chesapeake this morning so you can see what it looks like inside!
This week I pulled back on the carbs and added some more protein in my diet.
So when I weighed myself this morning I was surprised when I was only down one pound. But that’s a total of 6 pounds in five weeks so atleast it wasn’t a gain!
However when I did my measurements I was happy to find I lost another inch off my waist! So I guess I am losing weight and replacing it with muscle.
This week I tried a great new recipe for Homemade Chicken Nuggets that was very inexpensive (I pretty much had everything in the house already) and they were yummy! I also got a recipe for Yogurt Chocolate Chip Cookies (made with Greek Yogurt to increase the protein) but will wait a bit longer before I make them.
