Two-Ingredient Fruit Dip
This two-ingredient fruit dip was a standard recipe in college when I was REALLY on a budget. Whenever we had a special event, I would always bring this fruit drip and some berries to rave reviews. Now, 15 years later, I still take it to parties and get many compliments. And it’s so simple! It requires almost no fancy supplies and transport is really simple. Oftentimes, the person hosting will have a plate I can use when I get there, so I move the fruit in large Ziploc bags.
So, I decided to share it with you.
Two-Ingredient Fruit Dip
Ingredients:
8 oz Cool Whip (generic works just as well)- not frozen (store in fridge)
Jell-o Instant Vanilla pudding 5.1 oz
OR, if you are going for maximum volume, you can use the pre-made stuff from the freezer section
Directions:
Are you ready for this? Are you sure?
Combine and stir. That’s it. You can use a spoon or an electric mixer.
Stick it in a pretty bowl, add some fruit and you are ready!
