Today I reached the end of my current tube of toothpaste and had to use my WHOLE toothpaste stockpile to replace it.

Yes my toothpaste stockpile is ONE TUBE of toothpaste.

Here’s the thing- toothpaste is free almost every week somewhere.

It’s right up there with pasta and toothbrushes as items that are easy to get free.  So I don’t feel the need to have 5 tubes in my stockpile- it will expire before I can use it.

One tube per human in my household seems like a perfectly reasonable number to me.

So remember- friends don’t let friends keep toothpaste until it’s expired.  Don’t be a toothpaste hoarder!

    I completely agree no hoarding I stockpile toothpaste for two reasons 1. I teach coupon classes and since it’s free. Give it away to every. Attendee while showing them how to get it free and 2. I donate to the food pantry once a month and people take it like its hot cakes! What I keep in my house is only 7 5 -1 for each member and 2 extra for visitors that come by and ask about couponing!
