– may pay on Macys.com using any payment method
– must meet the minimum purchase amount before taxes, shipping, handling, or other fees after any other discounts are applied
– need to enter a valid PayPal email address in this form
– must make your purchase between 12:00am Pacific Standard Time November 18, 2019 and 11:59pm Pacific Standard Time November 20, 2019. Limit one rebate submission per user.
