T-Mobile has launched Project 10Million offering 10 MILLION households in the U.S. a free T-Mobile hotspot device and internet!
Your child can qualify for Project 10Million through eligibility for the National School Lunch Program, which also can be verified through participation in many government programs, including:
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
- Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR)
- Community Eligibility Provision (CEP)
- Medicaid
- Head Start
- Foster youth, migrant homeless, or runaway youth.
The free hotspot will be delivered at no charge to their home, and includes a 100GB/year data line. Keep in mind you can purchase additional data passes if needed.
Here’s how to sign up (no need to be a T-Mobile customer ):
- Head here to apply as a school administrator or parent/guardian
- Submit your school district’s information OR your child’s school information and proof of NSLP enrollment
- Check your inbox for an acceptant letter and shipping status!
There are some states that have reached their quota for the year so sign up as soon as possible. If your state isn’t open for registration reach out to your school district- they may already be enrolled.
