I haven’t checked out this phone app yet but ABC listed it as one of the most helpful tools for meal planning available on your phone!
Food on the Table is a meal planning service that is based on sales at some local grocery stores.
With Food on the Table, users can find thousands of easy, healthy recipes and simplify your shopping experience with a well organized grocery list. It’s free if you do 3 meals or less a week- after that there is a fee. I would think 3 a week would be plenty!
I don’t know that I would head to the grocery store without a normal list but Food on the Table would be a great supplement if you need help meal planning!
