… if you keep eating out of them without grocery shopping you run out of food.
So tonight when I went to Harris Teeter I needed to do some serious grocery shopping to restock some things I usually like to have in the house (think lots of tomato soup).
My original total was $77.57 and the total after coupons and sales was $36.05.
Here was what I brought home:
3 boxes of Heart Smart Bisquick
Heinz Dip and Squeeze Ketchup
2 boxes of Betty Crocker Potatoes
2 4-packs of Dole Peaches stored in 100% juice
French’s Fried Onions
7 cans of tomato soup
4 bowls of Campbell’s microwaveable soup
2 jars of Smuckers Simply Fruit Jam
1 box of Deboles Whole Wheat Pasta
Bananas
Apples
Grapes ($.99 a pound for green seedless)
Carrots
3 boxes Green Giant Frozen Vegetables
2 bags Green Giant Steamers
So with the chicken I have from Zaycon [1] I should be pretty good for a while for my meals. So thankful to see my kitchen full again!
