Easy Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 7-8 medium russet potatoes
  • 2½ cups whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. all- purpose flour.
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Coat 11x13 baking dish well with butter.
  3. Slice potatoes to ⅛" to ¼" thickness.
  4. Layer half the potatoes in bottom of pan.
  5. Top with half the shredded cheese.
  6. Layer remaining potatoes in dish.
  7. Top with remaining cheese.
  8. Heat milk in microwave for 2 minutes, whisk in flour, salt and pepper.
  9. Pour milk mixture over top of potatoes.
  10. Spread diced butter pieces on top.
  11. Bake for 45-60 minutes until top is golden brown and bubbling
