Cooking For One Recipe: Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich

- 1 English muffin
- 1 or 2 eggs (I only use one but if you want more protein cook 2)
- 3 pieces of bacon cooked
- 1 piece of cheese
- Cut english muffin in half and toast
- Spray frying pan with cooking spray and fry eggs.
- Just before eggs are done place cheese on top so it will melt.
- Put egg on bottom of muffin, place cooked bacon on top and top with the top half of the muffin.
