Fajita Seasoning (you can buy pre-made or make your own with the recipe below)
Fajita Seasoning:
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
¾ teaspoon crushed chicken bouillon cube
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon cumin
Instructions
In a saute pan, heat 1 tblspn oil and then add onion and frozen peppers.
While vegetables are sauteing, mix the fajita seasoning together.
Peel shrimp.
Once peppers and onions begin to get tender, add shrimp and sprinkle fajita seasoning on top. Cook together for about 5 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
Optional:
Serve hot in a tortilla shell with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and cheese.
