Cooking For One: Crockpot Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 2 apples diced
- 1 tspn cinnamon
- 2 cups oats
- 4 cups water
- In the bottom of the crockpot put the brown sugar, diced apples, cinnamon and oats. Add the water. DO NOT STIR.
- Cook over night for about 6-8 hours and serve hot in the morning.
- It makes 2 or 3 bowls of oatmeal.
