Cooking For One: Crockpot Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 2 apples diced
  • 1 tspn cinnamon
  • 2 cups oats
  • 4 cups water
Instructions
  1. In the bottom of the crockpot put the brown sugar, diced apples, cinnamon and oats. Add the water. DO NOT STIR.
  2. Cook over night for about 6-8 hours and serve hot in the morning.
  3. It makes 2 or 3 bowls of oatmeal.
