When you get home from work…
Sprinkle the marinated chicken with ½ tsp coarsely ground pepper and discard the bags. You can either grill or cook on a pan on the stove.
To cook on the stove, use non-stick on a medium-sized frypan. Cook chicken over medium heat - about 6 minutes on each side or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease and it is no longer pink.
