Ingredients
  • 1 (5 ounce) package baby arugula leaves
  • 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon
  • 1 (3 ounce) package Culinary Circle® Prosciutto Slices, cut into ½-inch pieces
  • 1 shallot, sliced
  • 1 cup Essential Everyday™ Pine Nuts, toasted
  • ½ cup Culinary Circle Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
  • ¼ cup Essential Everyday Light Balsamic Vinaigrette
Instructions
  1. In a large salad bowl or mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Gently toss to coat; salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve immediately.
