MAC Cosmetics Paint Pots are easily my favorite thing in my makeup case. In the spirit of full disclosure, my makeup case isn’t huge- on an average week, I might wear makeup three days. But I’m all about convenience and ease when it comes to making my face come alive with color.

MAC Cosmetics Paint Pot Review
This is a cream eye shadow that basically acts as a primer. You can use it alone as an eye shadow, or you can add a regular eye shadow on top of it. So far, it’s been nice and light, and I haven’t had any issues with it getting globby in the corner of my eye.
M·A·C Pro Longwear Paint Pot is a highly pigmented, long-wearing, blendable eye primer and/or cream eye shadow. It goes on creamy and dries to an intense, vibrant finish lasting 24 hours. The innovative second skin-like formula blends smoothly over lids, creating seamless, buildable coverage without looking heavy or cakey. Its superior color purity stays true and will not streak or crease. Pro Longwear Paint Pot can be mixed with other products, like M·A·C shadows and liners.
Since I recorded this video, I have begun using a higher-quality eye shadow called “Colour Pop.” It’s made in the USA, and I have been incredibly pleased. I have a big palette like this Stone Cold Fox Eyeshadow Palette and have loved playing with the colors.

The color was painterly! And thanks for the feedback!

Good video. I did not catch the color. Perhaps say it a few times is a piece of advice. Oily eye lids are common perhaps and I would have liked to hear any advice with oily lids and this product. I have oily lids and my make up always travels and will only look good for an hour or two. I would like to find a product that helps with this. My cross to bear. Thanks for the great video!
