Free 2025 National Parks Entrance Days

Every year, the National Park Service has several days they waive entrance fees!  Plan so you can take advantage!

Here are the dates for 2025:

Entrance fees will be waived for visitors to all national parks on the following days:

  • January 15: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
  • April 19: First Day of National Park Week
  • June 19: Juneteenth
  • August 4: Great American Outdoors Day
  • September 28: National Public Lands Day
  • November 11: Veterans Day

The free days at national parks only apply to entrance fees. Additional amenities such as camping fees, boat launches, transportation, and special tours may still require payment.
