We are so excited about the new Whole Foods in Virginia Beach!  We have welcomed the new Whole Foods Store with open arms (and Hurricane Sandy).

Whole Foods has responded by having some great store events for us to get discounts and learn new things.

Check out the Whole Foods in your area- they may have VERY similar workshops for you!

Here are the events for November 1st through November 8th:

November 1st

- All day long 5% of the day’s sales will be donated to a local non-profit.

November 3rd

- 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Thanksgiving Tasting- stop by the holiday ordering table and sample many of their Thanksgiving Menu items  FREE

November 6th

- 11 a.m. Value Tour- Learn how to get the highest quality products at the lowest prices.  This tour covers savings strategies and quality standards.  Sampling included.  Pre-registration is required by calling 757422-0444 or e-mailing vabevents@wholefoods.com.  Please put event name and date in the subject line.  FREE

- 6:30 p.m. Say Cheese!  Cheese tasting from all over the world.  Learn about styles of cheeses and easy pairing ideas.    Pre-registration is required by calling 757422-0444 or e-mailing vabevents@wholefoods.com.  Please put event name and date in the subject line.  FREE

November 8th

- 11 a.m. Health Starts Here Tour Healthy Eating Specialist Cara teaches how to make some simple changes in your diet to offer the greatest health benefits.  You learn how to navigate the store to find the most nutrient dense foods and will walk away with some recipes and samples. Pre-registration is required by calling 757422-0444 or e-mailing vabevents@wholefoods.com.  Please put event name and date in the subject line.  FREE
