November 27th

– 11 a.m. Value Tour: Learn how to get the highest quality products at the lowest prices.  This tour covers savings strategies and quality standards.  Sampling included.  Pre-registration is required by calling 757-422-07444 or e-mailing vabevents@wholefoods.com.  Please put event name and date in the subject line.  FREE

– 6:30 p.m. Say Cheese!: Go on a tasting adventure and sample cheese from all over the world.   Pre-registration is required by calling 757-422-07444 or e-mailing vabevents@wholefoods.com.  Please put event name and date in the subject line.  FREE

November 28th

– 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Hanukkah Tasting: From traditional latkes and kugel to beef brisket, come in and sample some of their delicious Hanukkah favorites.  FREE

– 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Winesday: Join them in the pub every Wednesday to sample and learn about five different wines for $5.  A different topic will be presented each week.  Tickets are available on site only for $5.

November 29th

– 11 a.m. Health Starts Here Tour: Meet the Healthy Eating Specialist, Cara and learn how some simple changes in your diet can offer the greatest health benefits.  You will learn to navigate the store to find the most nutrient dense foods and will walk away with some recipes and even a few samples.   Pre-registration is required by calling 757-422-07444 or e-mailing vabevents@wholefoods.com.  Please put event name and date in the subject line.  FREE

– 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Beer School: Join them i the pub every Thursday to sample and learn about different beers.  A different topic will be presented every week.  Tickets are available on-site only for $5.
