Week #6: Crossfit Chesapeake Challenge

So this week ended the 6th week of my time working with CrossFit Chesapeake.  I have learned SO much. 

This week my schedule was crazy so I had to work out at odd times.  I was able to take some of what I have learned and implement on my own since I couldn’t get out during their class times (6 a.m., 8 a.m. 12 p.m., 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.).  I was able to see how much stronger I have gotten.

To date my weight loss is just around 10 pounds.  I reached into the back of the closet this week and pull out some clothes I haven’t been able to wear in a while.  Clothes I have missed- it’s like having a new wardrobe.
