So Monday and Tuesday of this week I had amazing workouts at CrossFit Chesapeake. I was feeling strong and much less sore. I started working more protein into my diet and less carbs ( I love bread).
Then Tuesday evening right before coupon class I felt like I got hit with a ton of bricks. So I have been doing all the things you are supposed to do when you are sick: sleeping, taking vitamins, drinking lots of water etc. However NOT included on the list of things to do when you are sick is get up at 5 a.m. to work out.
So Monday I will be back at the gym working out as hard as I can. And hopefully I will have big numbers to report!
