I tried this one today too at the Walgreens in Portsmouth and no register reward. The manager after wasting a half an hour of my life ended up saying it was nothing they can do about it and it was “probably” because I used a coupon with it. I’m almost done with Walgreens.

I tried to do this deal today. I didn’t get the register reward. The cashier called a manager. The manager went back and forth trying to tell me that she didn’y know why I didn’t get it and there wasn’t anything she could do about it and trying to tell me is was because I didn’y pay the full $2.00. Finally she said she was going to get me a copy of the coupon rules. After a few minutes she sent out a nother young lady to tell me that she had to order a fix on it(?) and to give me $2.00 cash. I know that when you use a Reach coupon you won’t get the reward. I didn’t know if Pampers was the same way.
