Looking for a Thanksgiving gift for a teacher? Check out this Thanksgiving Teacher Appreciation Printable you can attach to any gift!
Teachers deserve a little thanks during Thanksgiving just like the rest of us! I wanted to create something fun for my niece and nephew to make for their teachers.
So a friend and I created these adorable Thanksgiving Teacher Appreciation Printables with the words “Little Hands are Thankful for You.” I absolutely love how they turned out!
You could have your favorite student paint a turkey or draw one but my favorite is to have them trace their hand!
Supplies Needed:
Paper
Printer
Crayons/markers/paint/glitter/feathers- whatever you want!
Here is how to make this for yourself:
Step One: Print the sheet. I used a thicker paper to be sure it would be strong enough but regular printer paper would be fine.
Thanksgiving Printable Medium (my 3 year old niece used this one)
Thanksgiving Printable Large (my 5 year old nephew used this one)
Step Two: Trace their hand- all the way from the wrist on one side to the other. Or they can trace it. Then close off the bottom to make the bottom of the turkey.
Step Three: Draw the eye and beak.
Step Four: Use a crayon to draw the legs and feet.
Step Five: Color it in!
I think this would be super fun to attach to some hand soap or hand sanitizer (teachers always need that stuff) but any gift would do!
You should also follow me on Pinterest, I am really active over there and pin a lot of really cool things!
