I think it was right around Christmas. I had Extra Care Bucks from Thanksgiving I needed to use so I was trying to find the most efficient way and since the contact lens solution was such a good deal I figured I would try it out.

That is not the first time I have seen it with ECBs like that though- it will probably happen again. I will certainly buy it again!

Thank you for the info and tips, Laura! I was totally out of contact lens solution, so ironically I picked up Complete, because it was the least expense (though not free), and I had a coupon. It has only been a few days, but so far so good! When did you pick it up for free? Recently?

(I’m dying to try Spaghetti Eddie’s!)

  3. Laura says

Nope it wasn’t in any of mine. I got 4 copies of the Virginia Gazette yesterday when I was in Yorktown because it already had the “sunday coupons” in it and it didn’t have it either. I do have a coupon for $5 off a 2 pack of Clear Care or Aquify Contact Lens Solution but not the Opti-Free. I have used opti-Free for years and then last time I was in CVS they had Extra Care Bucks on a brand called Complete (it was $9.99 with $9.99 Extra Care Bucks) so I decided to try it. I like it sooo much better!

What’s strange is I think I got all of the other ones listed! I also checked my parents paper, and it wasn’t there!

Laura, In the SS insert, did you get the Opti-Free ReplinISH twin pack Save $4/1 (3-31)coupon? I was looking forward to that coupon, but it didn’t come in my paper! :(
