Slow Cooker Recipe: Cranberry Pork Chops

This recipe is Cranberry Pork Chops by Sharon at Mom on Dealz [1]. Prep time should be about 15 minutes and will cook for four to eight hours and yield about 8 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1 Granny Smith apple chopped (optional)
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper
  • 1 small onion chopped

Directions:

Put everything in the crockpot and cooked it on high for 4 hours or low for 8. Serve chops with rice and use access liquid as gravy.
