Locals Only: The Daily Press

by Laura on April 5, 2011

If you have been wondering whether or not getting your local newspaper will provide you with better coupons, I am going to say yes about 99% of the time (there are exceptions for outlying areas).

For some people today’s Groupon (4/5) can help with that. For $10, you get 26 weeks of the Daily Press Sunday edition (a $52 value) delivered to many locations in Carrollton, Gloucester, Hampton, James City County, Matthews County, Newport News, North Suffolk, Poquoson, Smithfield, Toana, Williamsburg, and York County.

Just imagine… all those shiny coupons delivered right to your front door for only ten dollars.

There are some restrictions so click here to check out all the details!

My boss told me the Washington Post has high dollar coupons. You can buy it at 7-11 on Sundays. She said what we see for $.75 and $1 are $1.50 in their newspaper. It is that higher cost of living in DC I guess, so more spending power for us here. Just a tip.
