It’s Begun Again: Starbucks Sweet Treat Receipts

Have you ever gotten a Sweet Treat Receipt at Starbucks?

When you make a drink purchase before 2 p.m., you will receive a stamp on your receipt.  Bring that receipt back after 2 p.m. and you can purchase a grande cold drink for $2 after 2 p.m. that same day!

I have only take advantage of this deal once but it was a good deal!  My friend and I got to Starbucks about 1:30, purchased our drinks and then when our drinks ran out we took our receipts back to the counter!  Only paid $2!

This promotion will last through August 18th.

Chains inside stores like Farm Fresh also do the sweet treat receipts. At least they did the last few years, so don’t see why they wouldn’t do it again this year! Can’t wait as it’s a great deal on an expensive habit of mine! Haha :)

If you check out the picture you can see what they do to the receipt- it’s just a stamp that they add. I am pretty sure they only do it in stores where you can sit and drink, but you can always ask!

First off what is a Sweet Treat Receipt? Is that just a regular receipt? And if so is this applicable at the Starbucks stores that are inside other locations such as grocery stores etc. Thanks for posting :)
