You can also get a 10% off Lowe’s coupon by going to a post office and requesting a change of address kit. Inside are a bunch of coupons, some of which differ by area, but I’ve always gotten a Lowe’s one. Also usually a sears coupon for large appliances…

It’s perfectly fine. Just put in your normal address. We have talked to the people promoting the coupons and they are fine with it.
