Fresh Kale Recipes
Although I don’t have a garden (one of the hazards of condo living) there are several Farmer’s Markets near my house that provide me with just about any fresh garden veggies I could want. This time of year I see Kale all the time and never know what to do with it.
From the research I see online Kale is very good for you and has tons of vitamins. And I am pretty sure I can take any vegetable and make it taste better with Apples and Bacon!
