Warm Spinach Salad With Bacon and Mushroom

- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1- ½ cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 pieces of bacon
- 1-2 cloves crushed garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- Dice bacon into small pieces.
- Place bacon in a large nonstick pan and sauté until cooked through but not crisp.
- Add mushrooms and saute for 3-5 minutes until tender.
- Add spinach, garlic, salt and pepper-cook until spinach is wilted to your preference.
- Serve immediately.
