Cooking For One Recipe: Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
  • 1 English muffin
  • 1 or 2 eggs (I only use one but if you want more protein cook 2)
  • 3 pieces of bacon cooked
  • 1 piece of cheese
Instructions
  1. Cut english muffin in half and toast
  2. Spray frying pan with cooking spray and fry eggs.
  3. Just before eggs are done place cheese on top so it will melt.
  4. Put egg on bottom of muffin, place cooked bacon on top and top with the top half of the muffin.
