Cooking For One Recipes: Easy Lasagna Ravioli Recipe

Ingredients
  • 24 oz jar marinara sauce (I used Ragu for this but next time might try something thicker)
  • 24 oz bag of frozen ravioli
  • 8 oz bag Mozzerella Cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Brown the ground beef on your stove top. If you get the stuff with the fat in it use a collander to drain and then rinse out the grease. Set the meat aside in a bowl.
  3. Spread enough marinara sauce over the bottom of an 8 X 8 baking dish to cover it. This will act to keep everything from sticking to the bottom.
  4. Add about ⅓ of the bag of ravioli, followed by ⅓ of the meat and ⅓ of the cheese. Repeat this two more times until you have nice layers.
  5. Cover with aluminium foil and cook for 50 minutes. Remove the aluminium foil and cook for another ten minutes until the cheese is melted.
