Welcome to my 2012 series “De-Stress Yourself.” If you have missed previous entries take a moment and catch up!
I absolutely love this de-stressing tip. I think when we send e-mails we say too much. We take too long. And we give needless information. (Sort of like this thought!)
This week your de-stressing challenge is to try to keep as many of your messages as possible to five sentences or less. It’s the KISS method. “Better than a thousand useless words is one useful word…”― Siddhārtha Gautama.
So over the next few days as you send e-mails try to keep them as short and simple as possible. I think 5 sentences is a good guideline.
Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to keep your e-mails short and sweet!
