CVS Shopping Trip 11/18

Have you checked out the CRAZY CVS deals this week?

I went this morning to take advantage of some of them!

Now I want to say before I break these down- I am SURE there was a cheaper way to do this.  I just kind of eye balled the math in my head and since there were other people shopping in the store I did not want to do too many transactions.  There were also TONS of free items I did not buy today so be sure to check the deals and get everything you need!

Transaction #1:
Kraft Macaroni and Cheese $.99
Powerade Drink $1.00
Advil 20 ct tablets $2.99

Final Paid Out of Pocket: $6.72 (minus sales tax)
Received: $6.97 in Extra Care Bucks (to use on next transaction)

Transaction #2:

Used $5.98 Extra Care Bucks from transaction #1
Received $5.99 in Extra Care Bucks
Final Price: $.18 (sales tax added)

Transaction #3:
Caramel Nips $.88
Diet Coke $.99
Carmex $1.00
Hot Wheels Car $1.00
3M Hook $.99
Used $4.86 Extra Care Bucks from Transactions #1 and #2
Receive $4.86 in Extra Care Bucks
Final Price Out of Pocket: $.15 (including sales tax)

Transaction #4

Received $14.49 in Extra Care Bucks
Final Out of Pocket: $12.67 (including tax)

So at the end of the day I paid $19.72 Out of Pocket but left with $14.49 in Extra Care Bucks.

In coupon math I got everything in the picture above for $5.23!
