Zaycon Foods Opens Ordering For Ribs, Dogs and Bacon Wrapped Pork

By now if you read my site with any regularity you have seen me talk about Zaycon Foods.

I buy all my chicken from Zaycon Foods– they sell FRESH (never frozen) boneless skinless split chicken breasts.  It is 100 % natural chicken with no added hormones, additives or artificial ingredients.  It is sold by the case — which weighs 40 lbs and it usually right around $1.70 a pound- MUCH cheaper than my local grocery stores.

If you want to see my first experience with them click HERE to check out this two year old post!   I have been eating it ever since.

If you don’t believe me check them out on Good Morning America!

Right now they have opened up orders for three new products in most of the lower 48 states (some are still to come).  I also listed the dates and times for local drop offs below but you can certainly check their website to find the drop off nearest you!

You order the meat ahead of time and then just show up to grab it.  It usually takes me about five minutes from start to finish!

Here are the new products and all the information provided:

Meaty Back Ribs (36 lb case at $2.99 a pound)

All are cut from the finest Midwestern butcher-type hogs, expertly trimmed of excess fat and packaged individually 20-30% more meat than a traditional back rib. Get more of what you want – The rib meat!  Individually Poly sleeved

Bacon Wrapped Pork Filet (10 lb case $3.99 a pound)

Lean, Well-marbled whole pork muscle. Individual vacuum sealed and frozen for easy storage.

Don’t Forget The Dogs, Beef and Polish (10 lb case $2.99 a pound)

Beef Franks, only tender USDA-inspected cuts of beef (no MSG). Just under 6” length. Gold Medal Polska Kielbasa, skinless pork and beef combination recipe 6” length.

Locals: Zaycon: The Beef Is Back!!!

The Chicken people are coming back… but with beef!

For those of you who aren’t familiar with Zaycon you can check out my first post about them.  They deliver great horomone and anti-biotic free meat at reasonable prices to many cities around the country.

They just sent out the e-mail tonight that they are taking orders for my area so they might be in your area too!  Here are the details on the products for this delivery:

Fresh 93/7 Ground Beef is ONLY $3.29/lb!
• Fresh, Premium, Fine Grind 93/7 Super* Lean Ground Beef
• Comes in a 40-lb case with four 10-lb chubs per case (approximate weight)
• No chemicals, additives or water added to meat during processing
• Processed at a USDA-inspected, state-of-the-art plant employing strict operating protocols (including HACCP) and the highest in food-safety standards
• Prior to processing, inspectors from the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service randomly sample cattle under a monitoring plan and perform testing for antibiotic residues
* USDA nutrition labeling standards defines “extra lean” and “lean” ground beef based on the lean/fat ratio. While not part of these guidelines, the term “super lean” is often used in the grocery sector to describe ground beef at the upper end of the “lean” category (i.e., “Zaycon Foods 93/7 Super Lean Ground Beef”). This ground beef product is 93% lean and 7% fat

Zaycon Foods On Good Morning America

By now if you read my site with any regularity you have seen me talk about Zaycon Foods.

I buy all my chicken from Zaycon Foods– they sell FRESH (never frozen) boneless skinless split chicken breasts.  It is 100 % natural chicken with no added hormones, additives or artificial ingredients.  It is sold by the case — which weighs 40 lbs.

And it only costs $1.69 lb!  So a 40 pound case is $67.60.  If that sounds like a lot of chicken the box is only 18 in wide x 12 in deep x 7 in tall.  And since they only come once every three months that is only 13 pounds of chicken a month.  For a family of 4 you probably go through 13 pounds a month EASILY.

And in case you didn’t believe me when I told you how amazing they are- Good Morning America will tell you.  (There is no way for me to put the video in this post so just click HERE to watch it.)

And once you are finished watching click HERE to check out Zaycon Foods and sign up yourself!
