Farm Fresh Supermarkets in Virginia

For those of you in Virginia who have a Farm Fresh Supermarket nearby, did you know they double coupons up to $1 on Wednesdays? (The rest of the week they double up to $.99.)

Their sales flyer came out today and they have all of their prices listed for items that were in the Proctor and Gamble insert on 9/27. Combined with doubling today those are some great deals!

Halloween Coupon Books

During Halloween many fast food places begin selling their coupon books (often to be handed out during festivities!). However if you have kids, it can be a great chance for you to save some money! Below are some of the restaurants and the information about their coupon books:

– Each Burger King booklet is $1 and contains 8 coupons good for a FREE value size fries valid between 10/01/09 and 12/31/09!

– Wendy’s booklet is priced at $1 and contains 10 coupons good for a FREE Jr. Frosty valid between 11/1/09 and 2/1/10!

– McDonalds $1 booklet includes the following coupons (the fine print states they can only be used by kids 12 and under and are not valid UNTIL 10/31/09):

(4) FREE Apple Dippers
(4) FREE Small Cones

I recommend calling first to see if your local store is participating but this can be a great idea for holiday treats!
